Overview
Define the characteristics and recruitment strategy for creators to ensure alignment with your campaign goals. You can select recruitment methods, set follower ranges and tiers, and use keywords to invite or exclude creators.
Define Your Creator Recruitment Strategy
Select Recruitment Method
Choose how to source creators for your campaign.
Select "Network + New Recruitment" to promote your campaign to partnrUP's existing creator network and use AI for new creator discovery.
Select "Network Only" to promote your campaign exclusively to partnrUP's existing creator network.
Select "New Recruitment Only" to promote your campaign solely through partnrUP's AI-powered creator discovery.
Select "Manual Invite" to disable platform recruitment and manage invitations yourself via email or a direct link to your campaign application page.
Specify Creator Tiers
Categorize creators by their influence level to target creators who match your campaign's scope and budget. Select a predefined tier from the dropdown menu to apply its associated follower range. If a standard tier does not meet your needs, select "Custom Range" to define your own minimum and maximum follower counts.
Set Follower Range
Define the precise follower count for your target creators to recruit influencers whose audience size aligns with your campaign requirements. If you selected "Custom Range" for creator tiers, enter your "Custom follower minimum" and "Custom follower maximum." If you receive an error indicating the maximum follower count is too large, either lower the maximum range here or increase the compensation set on the campaign's basics page.
Follower Range Error
If you receive an error about the maximum follower count being too large, adjust the range here or increase compensation on the Basics page.
Refine Creator Discovery
Enter Discovery Keywords
Help our AI identify and invite relevant creators by entering discovery keywords. Input keywords or hashtags that describe your ideal creators' interests or niches. Creators matching these terms will be automatically invited to the campaign and added to a live list.
Exclude Specific Creators
Prevent specific creators from receiving campaign invitations to refine your outreach. Add the social media handles of creators who are not a good fit for your brand or campaign. For example, if your brand has specific dietary considerations, exclude creators who do not align with those values.
Define Ideal Creators
Directly invite specific creators you have in mind by entering their social media handles. This streamlines the recruitment process for preferred influencers. Enter the social media handles of ideal creators, separated by commas. These creators will be directly invited to participate in your campaign.
Define Your Target Audience
Set Target Criteria
Establish the foundational characteristics of your desired creator audience to narrow down potential creators. Select a saved persona if available, or choose "Manual" to define criteria from scratch. Specify the "Vertical / Niche" and "Geography" to align creators with your product or service and target market.
Specify Creator Demographics
Ensure your campaign reaches creators whose audience demographics align with your brand's target market. Select the desired "Age Range," choosing a predefined range or setting a "Custom Age Range" with minimum and maximum values. Specify the "Gender" and "Ethnicity" to further refine your creator search. Define specific "City, State, Country" locations for geographical targeting.
Define Sensitivities
Communicate specific brand sensitivities or exclusions for your campaign to ensure creators understand and adhere to content restrictions. Enter any "Sensitivities to consider" in the provided text field. This informs the platform and potential creators about topics or themes that should be avoided or handled with care during the campaign.
Set Up Custom Questions
Add Custom Question
Gather specific information from creators not covered by standard application fields to vet them based on unique campaign requirements. Add a new custom question by typing your query into the question field. Select the question "Type" (e.g., "Select Option" for multiple-choice answers or "Text Input" for open-ended responses) to define how creators will answer.
Define Question Options
Provide structured choices for creators responding to a "Select Option" type custom question to guide their responses and ensure consistent information gathering. If your custom question type is "Select Option," add individual options creators can choose from. For example, for a question like "What is your favorite coffee roast?", add options such as "Light," "Medium," and "Dark."
