Analyze Campaign Performance

Overview

Use the Campaign Performance Dashboard to review metrics specific to an individual campaign. Analyze influencer funnel data, posting details, and content engagement to optimize your campaign strategy and identify performance drivers.

Campaign Performance Dashboard

Track Influencer Recruitment and Selection

Monitor your campaign's influencer recruitment and selection progress by accessing the campaign-level performance dashboard. Track influencers from initial opportunity views through task completion. Review metrics such as unique views, submissions, selected, and completed influencers to understand your funnel. Analyze reasons for influencer disinterest to optimize your campaign strategy, compensation, or target audience. Navigate to the Influencers page to view lifetime accepted influencers.

Optimize Using Funnel Metrics

  • High Views, Low Submissions → Your brief may not be compelling enough, or the compensation isn’t aligned with deliverables. Consider revising campaign messaging, incentives, or requirements.

  • High Submissions, Low Selections → Too many applicants may not meet your criteria. Revisit your targeting filters or adjust your demographic requirements to attract more relevant influencers.

  • High Selections, Low Completions → Delays may be caused by unclear timelines, shipping issues, or overly strict content approval. Streamline collaboration requirements to reduce drop-off.

Use “Uninterested” Feedback Strategically

  • Look for patterns in why influencers declined (e.g., compensation, timeline, brand fit).

  • Adjust future campaigns by removing friction points—for example, offering more flexible deliverables, raising rates for specific influencer tiers, or broadening your location targeting.

  • Track these changes across campaigns to confirm improvement in submission rates.

Assess Performance Impact

Evaluate the impact of content created by selected influencers by locating the posting metrics section within the campaign performance dashboard. View key metrics such as estimated total reach, number of Instagram posts, and Instagram stories. Filter these metrics by content type, timeframe, or date range to focus on specific data sets and understand overall content output.

Analyze Performance Engagement

Identify specific content and influencers driving engagement and pinpoint trends in campaign activity by reviewing the performance graphs. Recognize peaks in activity, such as increased sales or web traffic. Examine specific days or posts to see individual influencer contributions and their associated metrics, including video views, comments, and likes. This analysis helps you understand the impact of individual content pieces and which influencers contribute most to your campaign's success.

Leverage Content Performance Insights

  • Identify Top Performers: Track which influencers drive the most engagement or conversions, then prioritize them for future partnerships.

  • Spot High-Impact Content Types: Compare performance of Reels, Stories, and in-feed posts. Use this to shape deliverable requirements in your next campaign.

  • Time Your Posts: Use spikes in engagement to identify the best posting days and times. Align future campaign schedules with these insights.

Benchmark and Iterate

  • Compare Across Campaigns: Navigate to the global performance and content dashboards to see which audiences, content formats, and influencer tiers consistently drive ROI.

  • Test & Refine: Run campaigns with slightly different targeting or deliverables to see which combination performs best.

  • Create Playbooks: Use insights to document what works (e.g., “Nano creators with video-first deliverables drive the highest CTR”) and apply these lessons across all campaigns.

Best Practices

  • Always tie dashboard insights back to your original campaign goals (awareness, sales, content generation).

  • Don’t just review data at the end—check performance mid-campaign to make real-time adjustments.

  • Share insights with your internal team or clients to demonstrate value and guide strategy for future activations.
