Exporting Influencer Information and Content
Exporting data allows you to analyze campaign performance outside the platform, share progress with clients or teammates, and build custom reports for deeper insights.
The platform does not currently provide a public API. At this time, all data exports and campaign management must be done directly within the platform.
Why Export Data?
While the platform provides robust in-platform reporting, there are times when exporting is helpful:
Client Reporting β Create presentation-ready summaries of influencer performance.
Deeper Analysis β Combine influencer metrics with your internal sales or web analytics data.
Record Keeping β Maintain offline records of applications, negotiations, and campaign outcomes.
Cross-Campaign Comparisons β Aggregate exports to spot trends across multiple campaigns.
What Can Be Exported
Depending on where you are in the platform, you can export:
Influencer Applications β Includes profile info, proposed rates, negotiation history, and decision status.
Audience Insights β Demographics, engagement metrics, and credibility scores.
Campaign Content β Post links, captions, images, videos, and performance metrics (likes, comments, views).
Global Reports β Export results across multiple campaigns for a big-picture view.

Best Practices
Filter Before Exporting: Apply filters (e.g., campaign, date range, top-performing influencers) to refine your export and reduce cleanup work.
Protect Sensitive Data: Remember exports may include personal info or ratesβonly share files with authorized team members or clients.
Use Exports for Optimization: Compare across campaigns to identify which influencer tiers, demographics, or platforms consistently deliver ROI.
Exports are typically provided in CSV or Excel format, making them easy to use in spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
Yes. Use the global reporting view to pull exports that aggregate performance across several campaigns.
No. All data remains in the platform. Exporting simply creates a copy for offline use.
At this time, exports are manual. However, you can run them as often as you like and save templates for consistency.
