The platform enables you to manage influencer payments efficiently. Track payment statuses, review creator work during a designated period, and manage your escrow balance to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Payment Tracking
Verify Payment Status
To confirm an influencer's payment status, navigate to the Influencers tab and examine the payment column. This action allows you to identify if a payment is unpaid, processing, or paid, reflecting the influencer's progress toward contract completion.
Manage Payment Processing
When an influencer's payment status is 'processing,' initiate a review of their completed work within the seven-day window. Approve the work to release funds or refute it if necessary. If no action is taken within seven days, funds automatically transfer to the creator, and the status updates to 'paid'.
7-Day Review Window
You have a seven-day period to dispute a 'processing' payment. If no dispute is filed within this timeframe, funds will automatically be released to the creator.
Influencer Logged as Paid
An influencer’s status will update to 'Paid' once funds have been released. This indicates that all deliverables were verified as complete, your review window has passed (or you approved early), and payment has been successfully distributed to the creator.
Access Escrow Management
To oversee your escrow balance and all payment transactions, access the escrow payment management section. From here, you can view pending and completed expenses, and add or withdraw funds to maintain your escrow balance.
