Overview
The Creator Directory allows you to manage your roster of creators. You can search, filter, and organize creators across campaigns, or archive them when they are no longer needed.
Manage Your Creator Directory
Access Your Directory
To view and manage all creators you have worked with or identified as potential partners, navigate to your creator list. Select "Directory" in the left-hand navigation to open your creator list.
Find Specific Creators
To locate a specific creator quickly, use the search bar. Enter a creator's name, @handle, or email address into the search bar at the top of the directory to display matching creators.
Refine Your Creator List
To narrow your creator list by specific criteria, apply filters. Select filter options for platforms, reach, tags, date added, number of campaigns, or number of posts to update the displayed creators.
Review Creator Profiles
To understand a creator's suitability for your brand, view their detailed profile. Click on a creator's row in the directory to open their full profile, which includes location, language, total reach across platforms, hobbies, contact details, and system-generated tags.
Interact with Creator Profiles
Add or Delete Tags
Add additional tags that are attached to the creator or delete tags as needed to keep your creators organized.
Add Creator Notes
To record important observations or campaign ideas about a creator, add notes to their profile. Type your notes into the designated section within the creator's profile to save insights like punctuality or suitability for a future campaign. These notes are accessible across multiple workspaces.
Notes are Shared
Any notes you add to a creator's profile are visible across all your workspaces. Ensure notes are professional and relevant for your team.
Archive a Creator
To remove a creator from your active directory, archive their profile. Select the "Archive" button within the creator's detailed profile to move them out of your main list when they are no longer needed.
