Making Influencer Partnership Decisions

Managing Influencer Applications

As influencers apply to your activated campaigns, their submissions flow into the Offer Management section. Here, you can review applicants, compare rates and deliverables, negotiate when necessary, and decide which influencers to onboard. Managing this stage effectively ensures your campaign roster is aligned with your goals and budget.

Review Influencer Offers

Every applicant’s submission includes their proposed rate, profile details, and audience insights. Use this information to evaluate fit against your campaign objectives.

Look beyond follower count. Engagement rate, audience demographics, and past collaborations often reveal more about whether an influencer can deliver meaningful results.

Identify Top Influencers

To quickly narrow down candidates:

  • Filter by newest/oldest applications, rate, follower count, or relevance.

  • Sort submissions so the most suitable influencers rise to the top.

  • Use shortlisting to mark promising applicants for further review.

Select to Onboard a Suitable Influencer

Once you’ve identified strong candidates, click Accept Offer to formally partner with them to participate in your campaign. This moves them into the management stage, where influencers begin to execute on their contracts and deliverables.

Removing Unsuitable Influencers

If an influencer doesn’t align with your campaign:

  • Click Decline to remove them from consideration.

  • Select a reason for denial (e.g., budget mismatch, wrong audience, not the right fit).

Your Decline Reason Trains the AI

Select a decline reason to help the system learn and source more relevant influencers for your future campaigns.

Negotiating Influencer Rates

Not every influencer’s proposed rate will fit your budget. Use the Counteroffer feature to send a revised rate.

  • Add a personalized message to explain your reasoning (budget limits, testing phase, future partnership potential).

  • Once sent, the application moves into the Under Negotiation tab so you can track responses.

Personalized counteroffers significantly increase acceptance rates compared to sending numbers alone.

Finalizing Campaign Selections

After negotiations and reviews:

  1. Select influencers to confirm the influencers you want to move forward with.

  2. Confirm Campaign Decisions to lock in your selections and progress the campaign.

Send Participation Requests

To confirm participation with your chosen influencers, select them after reviewing their offers. This action moves selected influencers into the next stage of the campaign, where contracts and deliverables are generated.

You have six weeks to make selections. If no action is taken within this window, the influencer’s application will automatically be declined, and you will lose the ability to bring them into your campaign.

Confirm Campaign Decisions

To save your influencer selections and finalize the offer management process, confirm your campaign decisions. This ensures all choices are recorded and the campaign progresses.

Why Timely Decisions Matter

  • Respecting Creators’ Time
Influencers are eager to collaborate and often juggle multiple opportunities. Prompt decisions show professionalism and prevent them from being left in the dark.

  • Maintaining Momentum
Waiting too long may cause strong candidates to disengage or move on to other brand partnerships.

  • Training the AI
Every selection or decline helps the platform's recruitment engine learn:

    • Selecting influencers tells the system what types of creators to keep targeting.

    • Declining influencers signals which profiles should be filtered out in future campaigns.

    • Delays or missed actions limit this learning and can reduce the accuracy of future sourcing.

Best Practice: Review and decide on applicants at least weekly to keep campaigns moving smoothly and ensure the AI continues to optimize recruitment toward your preferences.
