Communicating with Creators Before Contracting

Overview

The platform empowers you to connect directly with potential influencers and make informed selection decisions. Use integrated direct messaging to initiate conversations, and leverage detailed audience insight reports to evaluate the most suitable creators for your campaigns.

Initiate Influencer Chat

To begin a direct conversation with a potential influencer, click the chat link next to their name. This action opens a direct message thread, allowing you to start a dialogue immediately. Alternatively, click on an influencer's profile to access their profile page and initiate a conversation from within the chat interface.

Access Inbox

Clicking the chat link takes you to the global inbox, where all influencer communications are centralized in one place. From here, you can:

  • View and manage every ongoing conversation

  • Filter by campaign to quickly locate specific discussions

  • Maintain full visibility across your team so no communication is lost

Bulk Messaging

In addition to one-on-one chats, you can send messages to multiple influencers at once directly from the inbox. Simply select the influencers you want to reach and compose a message—perfect for campaign-wide updates, event invitations, or reminders.

Do / Don't of Bulk Messaging

Do:

  • Use bulk messages for general updates (e.g., shipping reminders, event invites, campaign-wide announcements).

  • Keep the tone neutral and professional so it applies to all recipients.

  • Follow up in individual chats if a Creator replies with specific questions.

Don’t:

  • Use bulk messages for negotiations or compensation discussions.

  • Share personal details or requests that only apply to one Creator.

  • Overuse bulk messaging—too many broad messages can feel impersonal and reduce engagement.
