Manage your account's financial standing, including subscription details and transaction history. Review your payment plan, update payment methods, and oversee funds for creator compensation.
Billing Details
View Subscription Details
Access your subscription details to review your current payment plan. Navigate to "Settings" from the left-hand menu, then select "Billing." Here, you can see your monthly or quarterly subscription fee, start date, renewal period, and any prepaid status. You can also view current subscription costs, billing cycle, next billing date, partnership fee percentage, and platform limitations such as campaigns, seats, and monthly audience insights reports.
Update Payment Method
Update the payment method for your subscription. From the "Billing" screen, select the option to change your payment method to ensure accurate billing.
Download Service Agreement
Obtain a copy of your signed service agreement for your records. On the "Billing" screen, select the option to download your signed agreement.
View Billing History
Review all past charges and transactions related to your account. Scroll down on the "Billing" screen to access your billing history, which lists all charges, including those paid via the escrow system.
Escrow Payments
View Escrow Balance
Understand your available funds for creator payments. Select "Payments" from the main menu to view your escrow balance details. This shows your total escrow balance, pending expenses, and the total spendable balance available for creator compensation.
Add Escrow Funds
Increase the funds available in your escrow account for creator payments. Select "Add Balance" on the "Payments" screen to load more escrow funds, ensuring you have sufficient balance for upcoming payments.
Withdraw Escrow Funds
Remove funds from your escrow account. Select the option to withdraw balance from your account on the "Payments" screen to access your available escrow funds.
View Pending Escrow Expenses
See upcoming charges planned against your escrow. Examine the section detailing pending charges against your escrow on the "Payments" screen to review all charges that will be deducted from your escrow balance.
View Escrow Transaction History
Review all past transactions related to your escrow account. Access the section displaying past escrow expenses on the "Payments" screen to see a complete history of all past expenses deducted from your escrow, including deposits.
Full Escrow History
For a complete record of all escrow deposits, withdrawals, and payments, navigate to the Escrow Transaction History. The general billing history only shows payments made from escrow.
