To efficiently manage and locate specific creator communications, use the filtering options within the Inbox view. Select the desired campaign, client, or creator to narrow down displayed conversations and focus your attention.
Send Bulk Messages to Multiple Creators
To disseminate information or updates to multiple creators simultaneously, use the "Send Bulk Message" button within the Inbox. Compose and send a single message to all currently filtered or selected creators to streamline outreach.
Respond to Creators
To maintain active and organized communication with individual creators, type your response in the conversation area of a selected creator's chat. The platform consolidates all responses into a single thread, regardless of the creator's reply method (email, text, or in-app), and automatically tracks and displays the sender of each response.
