Automatically send welcome messages to selected influencers upon their selection into a campaign. Sending these messages helps creators connect with you as a person and makes them feel like they are part of the team, resulting in more timely campaign milestones and higher-quality content.

To confirm your welcome message is active, verify the 'Welcoming Selected Influencers' toggle is ON and your message is saved. Return to the settings and communications tab at any time to review or edit your message, ensuring it reflects current campaign details.

To craft an engaging introduction for selected influencers, compose your welcome message in the text area. Communicate directly with influencers as soon as they are confirmed for your campaign.

To ensure influencers are well-informed and ready to start, include upcoming timelines, necessary next steps for product ordering, pre-approval deadlines, and a welcoming tone to build excitement.

To onboard influencers and ensure a smooth campaign launch, include key details in your welcome message. Specify upcoming timelines, outline next steps for product and campaign kickoff, and state the number of days for pre-approval. Express enthusiasm for working with them to make them feel valued.

We are so excited to be working with you on this campaign! As you kick off content creation, here are some important things to know, please read this carefully:
Please note that content is due for pre-approval within X days of campaign confirmation.
Timeline:

Save Welcome Message
To finalize your custom welcome message, save your changes. After composing and configuring your message, click 'Save Message' to store your customized welcome message for automatic sending to newly selected influencers.
