Overview
Connect your Shopify store to partnrUP to send creator product selections directly to your store as orders. Fulfill these orders in Shopify, and their delivery status will update automatically in partnrUP.
Integrate Shopify Store
Install partnrUP: Loyalty & Gifting Shopify App
Install the partnrUP: Loyalty & Gifting app in your Shopify store to enable product gifting and automated fulfillment for your influencer campaigns. This integration allows partnrUP to manage gifted products directly within your Shopify environment.
Connect Shopify Workspace
Connect your Shopify store to your partnrUP workspace to grant partnrUP access to your product catalog and enable automated order creation.
From your Shopify admin, navigate to the partnrUP: Loyalty & Gifting app Settings.
Click "Sign in to partnrUP" in the "partnrUP workspace" section.
Enter your partnrUP login credentials
Select your workspace and select "Link to this Store" to establish a secure connection. This connection allows partnrUP to interact with your Shopify products for gifting campaigns.
Verify Integration Status
Confirm your Shopify store's integration status within partnrUP to prepare for gifting campaigns. Access "Settings" in partnrUP, then navigate to "Integrations". Verify that the Shopify (partnrUP: Loyalty & Gifting) integration shows as connected and your store is marked "Gifting ready". This confirms partnrUP can access your Shopify product catalog and automate the fulfillment of gifted products to creators.
Configure Campaign Products
Back in partnrUP, Select Shopify as Product Source
Within the Campaing Builder, under "Payments", toggle on " Provide Product(s).
Under "Where are products coming from?" Select Shopify. This configures your campaign to use your connected Shopify inventory for product fulfillment.
Add Products from Shopify Catalog
Add specific products from your Shopify catalog to offer creators in your campaign. Click "Add from Shopify" to open your Shopify catalog in a modal. Search for products by name or SKU, then select the desired items by checking the boxes next to them. This populates your campaign with the products creators can choose.
Define Creator Product Selection
Determine how creators select products from your Shopify catalog to manage gifting quantities. In the campaign builder, find the "How should influencers receive products?" section. Choose whether creators receive a single product, multiple products, or all selected products. This setting clarifies creator gifting options and simplifies their product selection during campaign application.
Order Creation Timing
Shopify orders for gifted products generate automatically only after a creator is approved and confirms their product selection. Orders do not generate immediately upon campaign launch.
Fulfill Creator Orders
Locate partnrUP Orders in Shopify
Locate orders generated by partnrUP within your Shopify store to fulfill gifted products efficiently. Go to the "Orders" section in your Shopify admin. Filter orders by "Channel" and select "partnrUP: Loyalty & Gifting". This displays all product orders placed by creators through your partnrUP campaigns for easy identification.
Fulfill Order in Shopify
Fulfill partnrUP orders within Shopify to ship gifted products to your creators. Open the details page for a partnrUP order. Fulfill the order as you would any other Shopify purchase, preparing the product for shipment to the creator's address.
Track Fulfillment Status
The delivery status of gifted products updates automatically within partnrUP after you fulfill an order in Shopify. Once fulfillment is complete in Shopify, partnrUP tracks the product and marks it as delivered in the "Influencers" tab. This provides real-time visibility into gifted product status without manual updates.
