Billing Information
Understand Your Subscription
Confirm your current platform subscription details to manage your budget. Access the Billing section in settings to view your package type, monthly cost, billing cycle, and next billing date. Understand the partnership fee percentage, an additional charge applied to influencer payments. For example, a 5% fee on a $100 influencer payment results in a $105 charge. Verify your maximum active campaigns, team seats, and available audience insight credits.
Partnership Fee
The 'Partnership Fee Percentage' is an additional charge on top of influencer payments; a $100 payment means you are charged $105.
Track Your Spending
Monitor all financial transactions on your account to maintain accurate financial records. In the Billing section of settings, locate the Billing History table. This table provides a chronological record of all payments, including subscription fees and influencer incentives, with amounts, status, type, and date.
Retrieve Transaction Records
Obtain detailed records of past transactions for your accounting needs. From the Billing History table in settings, select View Invoice next to any listed transaction. This action downloads or displays the specific invoice for that payment.
