Campaign Builder: Affiliate Program

Overview

Establish creator partnerships where they promote your products and earn commissions on generated sales. Use Affiliate Programs to invite creators for commission-only campaigns.

Program Setup

Initiate Affiliate Program Creation

Create a new affiliate program by selecting "Set up your affiliate program" from the campaign creation menu. This action opens the Affiliate Fast Pass, a simplified, one-page setup for affiliate programs.

Network First

Before creating an Affiliate Program, connect your affiliate network (Impact, CJ, or Rakuten) under Settings > Integrations.

Define Program Details

Communicate your program's purpose to potential creators by entering a program name and adding a short description in the "Big Idea" field.

Set Brand Information

You can manage and configure your brand information under Settings > Brand Profile. This section allows you to add and update details such as your brand name, logo, the product you're promoting, website, country, social media handles, and other brand information. Make sure these details are up to date so creators can learn more about your brand.

Configure Commission Structure

Determine creator compensation by selecting the commission arrangement for your program. This structure is managed through your connected affiliate network, setting the financial terms for participating creators.

Specify Usage Rights

Enable the "Usage Rights" option to grant broader permissions for content use. This allows you to use creator content across organic and paid media for syndication and promotion.

Content Guidelines

Define Content Placements

Guide creators on required distribution channels by selecting the desired social media platforms in the "Placements & Content Guidelines" section.

Set Content Requirements

Provide creators with a clear content frequency goal by specifying the target number of posts per month.

Specify Disclosure Hashtags

Ensure transparency and legal compliance by entering required campaign hashtags and FTC disclosure hashtags (e.g., #ad).

Creator Invitation

Obtain a unique link for inviting creators by locating the program link within the "Creators" section of the setup page. The system generates this link as the exclusive entry point for creators to join your invite-only affiliate program.

Share the program invitation with selected creators by copying the generated program link and distributing it through bulk messages or individual invitations. Creators who join through the invitation link are automatically approved and appear directly in the campaign's Influencer tab with the status Selected. No manual approval is required.
