Overview
You can add custom questions to the creators' application in the Campaign Builder process, which can help you refine your creator selections. To easily filter and sort based on answers to these questions., we recommend using Multiple Choice instead of open-text questions, where at all possible, although our system does synthesis open-text answers based on the answers you suggest.

Vet Creators Using Custom Questions in Offer Management
Open Offer Management to evaluate all incoming creator offers for your campaigns. This view presents creator profiles, proposed deliverables, content topics, and initial rates for assessment.
View the AI Recommendations View
The AI Recommendations view automatically ranks creators by content match, and then based on the additional questions you ask via custom questions. Navigate to the AI Recommendations view from the View dropdown.
See All Custom Questions in Dedicated Columns
Each Custom Question will display in its own dedicated column, with creators' inputs labelled according to your ranking.
Custom Questions Drive Order in the AI Recommendations View
Creators are Ranked First by Content Score, then by the ranking of their answer for Custom Questions:
Best: These creators will show up at the top of their list within their Content Score ranking (Strong, Good, Partial, and Unranked Content Scores, in that order).
Good: These creators will show up below creators with a Best custom answer and above creators with Acceptable or Last Resort answers within their Content Score ranking (Strong, Good, Partial, and Unranked Content Scores, in that order).
Acceptable: These creators will show up below creators with a Best or Good custom answer and above creators with a Last Resort answer within their Content Score ranking (Strong, Good, Partial, and Unranked Content Scores, in that order).
Last Resort: These creators will show up at the bottom of the list within their Content Score ranking (Strong, Good, Partial, and Unranked Content Scores, in that order).
Creators with custom answers that are mapped to "Rejected" answers do not show up at all in the AI Recommendations View.
Example Ranking Order Based on Custom Questions Answers
For instance, if the best answer to a question about what state the creator will purchase the product in is "New York", then creators who answer New York will show up higher in the AI Recommendations list than creators who answer New Jersey, even if they have the same Content Score.
In this example, two creators both received a "Good" Content Score: Elizabeth Mahan and Amber Levinson. But because the brand had indicated in the Campaign Builder that the "Best" answer to the State of Purchase question is "New York", Elizabeth is ranked higher in the list than Amber.
Manually Filter Creators by Custom Question Answers
If you want to apply filters using Custom Questions in any other Offer Management View other than the AI Recommendation view (such as a New view you created yourself) to identify creators matching specific criteria from their application responses, select answers from custom questions filter to narrow the creator list. For example, select "running" from a "creator interests" question to display only creators who selected running. This action streamlines selection by highlighting creators with desired attributes.

Review Filtered Creators
Examine the updated list in Offer Management after applying filters to evaluate creators who precisely match your campaign requirements. This filtered view displays only creators aligned with your specified criteria, showing their profiles, statuses, and campaign details like rates and deliverables for rapid decision-making.
Custom questions allow you to gather specific information about potential influencer partners. This information helps in making informed decisions during the recruitment and vetting process. The AI Recommendations view in Offer Management automatically ranks creators based on their answers to Custom Questions.
Filtering by custom question answers lets you easily group and sort influencers based on their responses. This streamlines the hiring process by highlighting candidates who meet your specific campaign needs.
