Select Social Platforms

To ensure your campaign content reaches the right audience, specify the social media platforms influencers will use. Select or deselect platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in the Collaboration tab to include them in your campaign requirements. This focuses creator efforts on the platforms most valuable to your brand.

Specify Content Quantity

To communicate the exact volume of content expected from creators on each platform, set the number of posts, videos, or stories required. For each platform, enter the desired number of posts or videos. For stories, select the number of stories and frames per story. This provides creators with clear deliverable commitments.

Define Content Type

To align creator content with your campaign's creative vision, determine the specific format for content on each platform. For TikTok, select the required post type. For YouTube, specify whether creators should produce full-length videos or shorts. This guides creators to produce content that matches your brand's aesthetic.

Set Story Requirements

To ensure creators deliver stories with the desired structure and quantity, specify the number of stories and the number of frames each story should contain. Select the number of stories required for platforms like Instagram. This provides clear guidelines for story-based content creation.

Campaign Requirements and Settings

Enable Negotiable Requirements

To allow creators to propose adjustments to content deliverables or compensation, enable negotiation for content amount and types. Toggle on the "Requirements Negotiable?" option. This opens a dialogue for creators to discuss terms, providing flexibility in your campaign agreements.

Configure Content Moderation

To control the review process for creator content before publication, enable or disable content moderation for your campaign. Turn on or off the content moderation setting. Enabling this ensures all creator content drafts are reviewed and approved by you before publishing, maintaining brand safety and quality.

Set Exclusivity Window

To protect your campaign's messaging and investment, define a period during which creators cannot collaborate with competing brands. Specify the duration of the exclusivity window. This ensures creators' focus remains on your brand during and after the campaign.

Campaign Timeline and Usage Rights

Set Content Delivery Timing

To ensure content is published within a specific timeframe relative to product receipt, establish a deadline for creators to deliver their content. Select the desired content delivery timing from the dropdown, such as "2 weeks of receiving the product." Add a "Timeline Description" to provide further context or specific go-live dates. This manages campaign schedules and ensures timely content release.

Define Usage Rights

To clarify how your brand can utilize the content created by influencers, specify the terms for using creator content in organic, e-commerce, and paid media channels. Set the usage rights for organic/e-commerce content, such as "Perpetuity," and define the duration for paid media usage. This grants your brand the necessary permissions to repurpose and amplify creator content.

Specify FTC Disclosure

To ensure compliance with advertising regulations and maintain transparency, designate the specific hashtag creators must use to disclose their sponsored content. Enter the required FTC disclosure hashtag, such as "#ad," into the designated field. This ensures all sponsored posts clearly indicate their promotional nature.

Set Campaign Hashtag

To unify campaign content and make it easily discoverable, define a unique hashtag for your campaign that creators will include in their posts. Enter your desired campaign hashtag, such as "SummerSportsSidelines," into the "Campaign Hashtag" field. This helps track campaign performance and encourages audience engagement around a central theme.
