Performance Dashboard

Select Campaigns for Analysis

To understand the combined performance of your influencer marketing efforts, select the campaigns you wish to analyze. This action aggregates their data, allowing you to distinguish success metrics across your chosen campaigns.

Review Global Performance Metrics

To gain a comprehensive overview of your campaign's health and influencer engagement, review the global performance metrics. This displays the influencer funnel, showing the number of creators who viewed opportunities, applied, were selected, and completed tasks, along with the total cost. You can also see posting metrics, including estimated total reach and the number of posts and stories.

Tips for Using the Funnel to Optimize Campaigns

  • High Views, Low Applications
→ This often signals a misalignment between requirements and compensation. Creators may be interested but don’t feel the value exchange is right. Consider increasing rates, adjusting deliverables, or simplifying requirements.

  • Strong Applications, Low Selections
→ If many influencers apply but few meet your standards, tighten your demographic or engagement filters to attract more relevant applicants. You can also refine your campaign brief to better communicate expectations.

  • High Selections, Low Completions
→ If influencers are selected but not completing, review your collaboration process. Delays often stem from unclear instructions, long approval cycles, or product shipping issues. Streamlining these areas can improve completion rates.

  • Healthy Funnel, Weak Reach/Engagement
→ If creators complete tasks but results are underwhelming, revisit your follower ranges or engagement thresholds in the demographics section. Nano and micro influencers often drive stronger engagement, while macro influencers offer scale.

Reassess funnel data mid-campaign—not just at the end. Small adjustments to compensation or demographic targeting can dramatically improve conversion through the funnel.

Filter Posting Metrics for Content Insights

To refine your analysis of content performance, filter the posting metrics. Filter by content type, search for a specific influencer, or set custom date ranges to pinpoint the number of posts, the fluctuation of creator participation, and specific engagement metrics like views, comments, and likes on particular days. This helps you identify which influencers generate high-performing content.

Connect Sales Peaks to Content

Use the content type, influencer, and date range filters to backtrack and identify which specific influencer content drove your sales peaks.
