Overview
Manage your team's access to the platform. Invite new members to collaborate and revoke access for individuals who no longer require it. Control who has visibility and permissions within your account and workspace.
Important Notes
Email Delivery: Invitations are typically received within minutes. If your teammate doesnβt receive the email within 5 minutes, ask them to check their spam or promotions folder.
Resend if Needed: If the invitation is still missing, use the Resend Invite option in Team Settings.
One-Time Link: Invitation emails include a one-time link to join your team. For security, the link expires if not accepted within the designated timeframe. If that happens, you will need to resend the invite.

Invite Team Member
Expand your team's collaboration capabilities by inviting new members to your account and workspace. Enter the new team member's name and email address in the My Team section, found under Settings in the global navigation. Send the invitation to grant them access. If your current plan limits the number of team members you can invite, contact sales to upgrade your plan.
Hit Seat Limit?
If you need to invite more team members than your current plan allows, contact sales to increase your available seats.
Revoke Team Member Access
Ensure only authorized personnel access your account by revoking access for team members who no longer need it or were granted incorrect permissions. Navigate to Settings, then My Team in the global navigation. Locate the team member whose access you need to manage. Revoke their access immediately to remove them from the workspace. You can also adjust their existing permissions within this section.
