Reviewing Influencers Under Negotiation

Offer Management

Negotiation Overview

Negotiation allows you to align influencer proposals with your campaign’s budget and goals. The platform provides full visibility into the status of every application so you always know what stage each influencer is in.

When reviewing applicants, you may send a counteroffer, accept their proposed rate, or decline. Influencers can do the same in return. This back-and-forth continues until both sides either reach an agreement or the negotiation closes.

Monitor negotiation statuses regularly. Quick decisions help secure high-quality influencers, prevent missed opportunities, and ensure your campaign roster is finalized on time.

There is a limit of three back-and-forth negotiations.

Reviewing Negotiation Status

In the Offer Management section, every influencer will display a clear status so you know what action to take:

  1. Action Required
Indicates you need to either send a counteroffer or accept the influencer’s latest proposal. Timely responses keep negotiations moving and show professionalism.

  2. Expired
Negotiations that remained unresolved past their timeframe will automatically expire. Once expired, you cannot move forward with that influencer unless they reapply in a future campaign.

  3. No Agreement Reached
Shows that both sides were unable to align on compensation or terms. These influencers are declined and removed from further consideration.

  4. Agreement Accepted
Marks when both parties agree to terms. At this point, the influencer moves into the next stage of the campaign, and the contract is considered active.

  • Negotiations stay open for 6 weeks. If no action is taken by either party within this period, the negotiation will automatically expire and the influencer will no longer be selectable.

  • If you don’t respond in time, the negotiation may expire and you’ll lose the opportunity to work with that influencer unless they reapply. Check your Offer Management tab regularly to avoid missing decisions.

  • No. Once a negotiation has expired, you cannot reopen it. The influencer would need to reapply to a future campaign.

  • This status appears when neither side accepts the other’s offers. The influencer is declined and removed from consideration for the current campaign.

  • Once both sides accept terms, the influencer’s status changes to Agreement Accepted. At that point, the contract is considered active and moves into the Management stage of the platform.
