Overview
Start a chat with your creator. If you've negotiated for paid media within the chat, they can send you the Spark code. There's a column in the data table where you can paste the Spark code for easy sharing with your team.
Requesting Spark Codes from Creators
Open Creator Chat
To start a conversation with a creator about campaign details or specific requests, click on the row or 'white space' for the creator from the Influencers tab. This opens the right side panel where the chat experience lives. Their dedicated chat window can be activated, allowing you to view past conversations and begin new ones.
Send Message asking for Spark Code
Based on the creator's messaging preferences, either an SMS or email will be sent with your request for the Spark code. Once the creator returns it, you will also be notified via the app's messaging.
Input Spark Code
To save a creator's Spark code, obtain the code from the creator. Paste the code into the 'Allowlisting Code' field to prepare it for activation.
Get Spark Codes
Spark codes are not automated (but it's in the works to do this soon). Message creators in chat to request them, then manually copy and paste the code into the 'Allowlisting Code' field.
Save Spark Code
To finalize the integration of the creator's Spark code, click the 'Save' button after inputting the code. This records the code for tracking content performance and other campaign functionalities.
