Manage Your Subscription Plan
Access your current subscription details, including costs, billing cycle, and allocated resources. Select a different subscription tier or contact sales for a custom package.
Billing Settings
Navigate to Billing
Go to Settings, then select Billing to access your subscription and payment information and manage your account.
Review Your Subscription Details
Understand your current plan by reviewing your subscription cost, billing cycle, and next billing date. This section also shows your partnership fee, active campaigns, team seats, and monthly audience insight credits. View your account holder information, payment method, and transaction history.
Select a New Subscription Tier
Change Your Subscription Level
Locate your current package details and click 'Change' to view available subscription tiers. Compare features and pricing for tiers such as Free, Pro, and Growth.
Select the new tier to upgrade or downgrade your service by clicking on the tile. It will show an outline around the box you've selected.
Review Charges Before Continuing
Confirm the 'available credits' or 'next charge' displayed to understand the immediate financial impact before proceeding.
Confirm Your Plan Change
After selecting your desired tier, click 'Continue' to confirm your plan change. This updates your subscription and displays any applicable credits or your next charge, reflecting your new service level.
Request a Custom Package
If standard subscription tiers do not meet your needs, select 'Contact our sales team' to discuss a custom package. Sales representatives will help tailor a plan to your requirements.
