Duplicate Campaign

Overview

Create a new campaign by copying an existing one. The duplicated campaign is saved as a draft, allowing you to refine its details before publishing.

Duplicate an Existing Campaign

Access Campaign Builder

Open an existing campaign to serve as a template for your new campaign. Open the Campaign Builder for the campaign you want to duplicate.

Initiate Duplication

Start the process of creating a copy of your selected campaign. Navigate to the "Add On Setup" tab, scroll to the bottom, and click "Save & duplicate" in the action bar. This action creates a new campaign draft with the copied setup.

Confirm Duplication

Finalize the duplication request to create the new campaign draft. Click "Duplicate" when prompted to confirm.

Review and Customize Draft Campaign

Access New Campaign Draft

Review the newly created draft campaign immediately. The system automatically opens the new draft in the Campaign Builder after confirmation.

Edit Campaign Details

Customize the duplicated campaign to meet your new marketing objectives. Update fields such as the campaign name, dates, creative brief, or audience targeting. Ensure all sections accurately reflect your requirements before publishing.

Rename Your Draft

Update the duplicated campaign name from its default (original name with '- Copy' appended) to prevent future confusion.
