Managing influencer communications can be time-consuming if handled one by one. The Bulk Messaging feature allows you to send a single message to multiple creators at once, saving time and ensuring consistent communication across your campaign.
Why Use Bulk Messaging?
Bulk messages are best suited for campaign-wide updates or information that applies to multiple influencers. This ensures creators stay aligned and prevents miscommunication. Examples include:
Announcing a product shipping update
Sharing revised campaign timelines or requirements
Reminding creators of submission deadlines
Providing event details or activation instructions
How to Send a Bulk Message
Navigate to the Inbox within the platform.
Use filters (e.g., campaign, status, or influencer group) to refine the list of creators.
Select the influencers you wish to message.
Click Send Bulk Message.
Compose your message in the provided field.
Review and confirm before sending—the message will be delivered to all selected influencers simultaneously.
Best Practices
Keep It Relevant: Only use bulk messaging for updates that apply to the selected group. Avoid cluttering inboxes with unnecessary information.
Be Clear and Concise: Short, actionable updates are more likely to be read and acted upon quickly.
Add a Personal Touch When Needed: For sensitive topics (e.g., negotiation or content edits), always send 1:1 messages instead of bulk.
Use Filters Wisely: Target bulk messages by campaign or influencer status (e.g., only those “In Progress”) to ensure accuracy.
Follow Up Individually: If questions arise from your bulk message, continue the conversation in direct chat threads.
