Gifting Campaigns [How-to set up with product reimbursement]

Configure Gifting Campaigns to provide products to creators or reimburse their purchases without negotiations or content pre-approval. Set collaboration requirements and payment methods to track incoming content and process reimbursements efficiently.

Set Collaboration Requirements

Disable content pre-approval and negotiation requirements to grant creators full creative control. This allows them to post content at their discretion for gifting or reimbursement campaigns.

Turn off content pre-approval and negotiations to prevent unnecessary steps and delays for gifting or reimbursement campaigns.

Define Product Reimbursement Expectation

Select the product provision option that enables creators to purchase products themselves for reimbursement. This allows them to buy items from any retailer, making them eligible for compensation. This helps drive demand at your retailer like Amazon, Walmart, Target or your DTC Store.

Influencer Management

View Influencer List for Seeding Progress

Access the Influencers tab to view all participating creators and their key metrics. This provides an overview of your campaign's talent pool and their engagement.

Track Content Progress

Navigate to the Content section to monitor content submitted by creators. This allows you to view posts, reels, and videos as they are created, supporting content tracking even when posting is at the creator's discretion. You can click Export Data to download the assets.

Add Funds to Balance

Add funds to your account balance to ensure sufficient capital for reimbursements. This makes funds available for processing product reimbursements to creators.

Process Product Reimbursement

Process reimbursement requests from your account balance to compensate creators for product purchases. This completes the payment cycle for creators who bought products for the campaign.
