Adjust Automated Influencer Communication

Overview

Review influencer messages, including the Declined Offer Message, within the Communications tab. Within the sub-navigation, select 'Default Messages'.

Turn On or Turn Off Welcome Message Setting

Use the toggle switch to enable or disable this automated communication when their application submission is accepted.

Edit the Message

If you have a Welcome Message Turned on, you can customize the copy using the rich-text editing feature.

Example Welcome Messages

Hi there! 

We are so excited to be working with you on this campaign! As you kick off content creation, here are some important things to know, please read this carefully:

Please note that content is due for pre-approval within [X] days of recieving your product.

Timeline: 

  • Within the next 48 hours – [order your product [link url] /visit our location finder to find a store near you and go purchase the product/use the provided giftcard to order the product here [link url]]

  • You are contracted to create content for [Product].

  • Confirm with us here via chat once you have (ordered/purchased) your product. 

  • In the following 72 hours, create your content, edit, and submit for pre-approval (here's how). We will review content and provide feedback within 48 hours.

  • Go live with content within 7 days of campaign confirmation, once you receive full approval from us. (How to see my contract).

Turn On or Turn Off Declined Offer Message Setting

Use the toggle switch to enable or disable this automated communication when their application submission is declined. This ensures your brand communicates rejections with a consistent tone and content.

Offer Decline Context

This specific decline message applies only to influencers declined via the 'offer management section'.

Preview the Declined Offer Message

To preview the message, navigate to Communication Tab, find the 'Default Message' section, and select the 'Preview' button next to the 'Declined Offer' message. Note this is default language and cannot be edited.
