Export Creator Data for Product Fulfillment

Export Creator Data allows you to gather specific creator address and phone information into a view. Save this configuration as a custom view and export it as an Excel document to facilitate product fulfillment.

Select Data Columns

Include Creator Addresses

Turn on the 'Address' column to include creator addresses in your data view. This action makes address information visible for your product fulfillment needs.

Include Creator Phone Numbers

Turn on the 'Phone' column to include creator phone numbers in your data view. This action makes phone contact information visible for your product fulfillment needs.

Use Mailing Details View

Select the 'Mailing Details' view to quickly display a view optimized for mailing information. This action presents your creator list with all necessary mailing data for product fulfillment.

Export and Save Your Data

Export Data to Excel

Click 'Export CSV' to download your customized creator data. This action generates an Excel document containing all selected creator details, ready for product fulfillment.

Save Your Data View

Click 'Save As New' to save your current column configuration for future use. This action creates a custom view, allowing you to access your preferred data selections without reconfiguring.

Save Your View for Efficiency

For recurring tasks such as product fulfillment, save your column selections as a custom view. This prevents the need to re-select columns each time, streamlining your workflow.

  • To include creator addresses, turn on the Address column under the Influencers tab. This will display addresses required for product fulfillment.

  • You can export the creator data by clicking on Export CSV after configuring your view. This will generate an Excel file with all the selected details for fulfillment.

  • The Mailing Details view is a preset layout to display mailing information quickly. Select it to easily access addresses and phone numbers for product fulfillment.

  • Click Save As New after setting your preferred columns to save this configuration as a custom view, making it easy to reuse in future tasks.
