Customize and Optimize Your Creator Selection & Management Workflows

Overview
The Offer Management and Influencers tabs provide complete customization plus several pre-set views to help you streamline creator vetting, selection, and management.
Preset Views for Campaign Optimization
View AI Recommendations
To pinpoint creators who are a strong fit for your campaign using AI pre-screening, select AI Recommendations from the view dropdown. This action displays only creators who received a high Fit score (4 or 5 out of 5) based on AI analysis of campaign requirements and creator profiles.
To understand the AI's assessment of a creator's suitability and make informed decisions, review the fit score and accompanying explanation for each creator within the AI Recommendations view. The AI fit score provides a numerical rating (out of five) and a brief explanation of why a creator is considered a strong match, detailing how their content and demographics align with your campaign requirements.
View Shortlisted Creators
To review the creators your team has identified as potential candidates, access the Shortlisted view. This view presents a curated list of creators who meet initial criteria, allowing you to assess their fit and make decisions regarding their participation.
View Under Negotiation Creators
To monitor creators whose offers are currently being discussed, select the Under Negotiation view. This view allows you to identify creators in the negotiation phase and take action to update requirements or finalize offers.
View Declined Creators
To review creators who were not selected for a campaign, choose the Declined view. This view maintains a record of creators who did not proceed, showing the decision made for each.
Save a Custom View for Yourself or Share it with Your Team
To retain your preferred column arrangements and filters for future access, select Save As New after configuring your columns and filters. Provide a name for your view and toggle the "Share with team" option if you want others to access it, then confirm to save. This action stores your current display settings under a unique name.
Set Default View
To display your preferred creator list layout automatically each time you access the Offer Management tab, select the option to Set as My Default from your saved custom views. This action makes your saved view the primary view that loads when you open the Offer Management section.
Delete a Custom View
To remove configurations that are no longer needed, select the view you wish to remove from the dropdown, then choose the Delete View option. Confirm your decision to permanently remove the view. This action removes the view from the available options for all users on your account.
Delete Views Carefully
Deleting a custom view removes it for all users on your account. Confirm with your team before you delete.
Shortlist a Creator
To collaborate with your team on evaluating potential creators, use the shortlist shortcut next to a creator's profile. This action adds the creator to a shared view accessible by your entire team.
Add a Creator to Your Personal "My Favorites" View
To save creators to your personal My Favorites list for future reference, select the star icon next to a creator's profile. This action adds the creator to your personal list for easy retrieval.
Filter Creator List
To find creators that meet specific requirements or demographics within your application pool, use the Filters option. Apply criteria such as location or other attributes to refine the creator list and display only matching creators.
Customize View Columns
To personalize the data displayed in your creator list and focus on relevant information, select the Columns option. Add, remove, or reorder data fields and group rows to create a view that supports your workflow.
Sharing Campaign Views
Select View for Sharing
To define the creators and data included in the voting link, use the Select a View dropdown within the Share Voting Link modal. This customizes the link to display only relevant creators, such as AI recommendations, your favorites, or shortlisted creators.
Share Any View
You can share a voting link for any view, including custom views or pre-defined options like 'My Favorites' or 'AI Recommendations'.
Copy Voting Link
To obtain the generated voting link for distribution, click the Copy button within the Share Voting Link modal. This action places the unique URL on your clipboard for easy sharing with stakeholders.
