Overview
Manage creator participation by tracking confirmation status. Creators who do not confirm within the designated timeframe (3 days) will have their records moved back to the Offers tab with an Expired Confirmation status. Use Offer Management to filter these declined offers and resend invitations up to three times to secure participation.
Creator Status Review
View All Selected Creators
Access the Influencers tab to view all creators Selected for your campaign. This provides a complete list of creators in your campaign pipeline, including those who have not yet confirmed their participation.
Identify Unconfirmed Creators
Check the Confirmed Date column in the Influencers tab to identify creators who have not confirmed their involvement. The "Not Confirmed" status indicates creators who received an offer but have not yet accepted it, allowing you to monitor their status and manage potential offer expirations.
Offer Management

Resend Offers
Provide creators who did not confirm their initial offer another opportunity to participate by clicking the Resend Offer button next to their name. This action sends a new offer, allowing the creator to confirm their involvement. You can resend an offer up to three times for each creator.
Resend Limit
Creators have 3 days to confirm participation. If they do not confirm, their offer moves to the Offers tab with a 'confirmation expired' status. You can resend these offers a maximum of three times.
