Step 2: Log In and Access Your Account

  • Log in using your invite link or go directly to your login page.

  • Each workspace represents one brand. Agencies can manage multiple brand workspaces under one login. Contact our team here if interested in adding additional workspaces to your account.

Step 3: Invite Your Team

  • Click Settings → My Team to add collaborators.

If you don't receive an invite, check spam AND search for the word "Lionize". We are working through updates to our email notification system.

The Knowledge Base is your always-on resource for learning how to use the platform.
It’s organized into short, easy-to-follow articles grouped by topic—campaigns, creators, payments, analytics, and troubleshooting.

Bookmark the main Knowledge Base homepage so you can return anytime you need a quick answer or refresher.

Bookmark the Help Center—you can access it anytime from the bottom-left “?” icon inside the platform.
