Currently, partnrUP does not support partial or milestone-based monetary payments, such as paying a creator 50% upfront and 50% after they complete the campaign.
Can I pay a creator 50% upfront and 50% after completion?
No. The platform does not currently support splitting a creator's campaign payment into multiple milestones.
Examples include:
50% upfront + 50% after completion
25% upfront + 75% after completion
An upfront deposit followed by a final payment
Payment after each individual deliverable
Creator compensation is paid according to the campaign's payment terms after the campaign requirements have been completed.
Can I reimburse creators for the product before their content goes live?
No. Product reimbursement cannot be paid separately or upfront before the campaign requirements are completed.
Creators can submit their product receipt before their content goes live, but the approved product reimbursement is paid together with the creator's cash compensation once the campaign requirements have been completed.
Product reimbursement is therefore not an upfront payment option and cannot be paid separately before campaign completion.
How can I set up product reimbursement?
If creators need to purchase the product themselves and be reimbursed, set up the campaign as follows:
Campaign Builder → Payment → Product → "Influencers will purchase the product themselves and be reimbursed."
Creators can then upload their product receipt through the Contract Tracker in their Creator Opportunity account.
Once the reimbursement is approved, it is included with the creator's cash compensation after the campaign requirements are completed.
What product fulfillment options are available?
Depending on the campaign, brands can choose from different product fulfillment options:
Ship the product to influencers
Influencers purchase the product themselves and are reimbursed
Influencers purchase the product and are compensated as part of their agreed payment
Provide the product at an in-person location
Order the product using a promo code
Does partnrUP support Net 30 payment terms?
partnrUP does not currently offer a self-service Net 30 payment option.
The standard process includes a 7-day review/dispute window before payment is processed.
What should I use if I need to help creators with upfront costs?
If creators need to purchase a product themselves, product reimbursement can be used to recover the product cost. However, reimbursement is paid together with their cash compensation after campaign completion.
If the brand needs to help creators cover the product cost upfront, use the Promo Code or Gift Card option under:
Campaign Builder → Payment → Product
These options can cover the complete product cost, allowing creators to obtain the required product without having to pay the full product cost themselves upfront.
